Current-voltage characteristic of parallel-plane ionization chamber with inhomogeneous ionization

摘要

The balances of particles and charges in the volume of parallel-planeionization chamber are considered. Differential equations describing thedistribution of current densities in the chamber volume are obtained. As aresult of the differential equations solution an analytical form of thecurrent-voltage characteristic of parallel-plane ionization chamber withinhomogeneous ionization in the volume is got.
